Two-way sync. Reply from Slack.

Your team email, in Slack.

Reply directly from Slack and your response goes back as an email. Full thread history preserved. Your customers see your team address, never Slack.

Setup takes about 5 minutes. No credit card required to start.

How to set it up

Three steps. Takes about 5 minutes total.

1

Connect Slack

Click "Add to Slack" and choose which channel receives emails. You'll need admin permission in your workspace, or ask an admin to approve.

2

Set up forwarding

We give you a unique address like inbox-abc@relay.relaymail.app. Set up forwarding in Gmail, Outlook, or any email provider. No passwords needed - we never access your inbox directly.

3

Start replying

Incoming emails appear in your Slack channel. Reply in the thread and your response is sent as an email. Customers see a normal email reply - they never know you're using Slack.

Common questions

Do my customers know I'm using Slack?

No. Emails sent from Slack show your original email address (like support@yourcompany.com). Customers see a normal email, just like if you replied from Gmail or Outlook.

What email providers work with RelayMail?

Any email provider that supports forwarding - Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, custom domains, and more. Just set up a forwarding rule to your unique RelayMail address. No passwords or API access required.

Can multiple team members reply from Slack?

Yes. Anyone in the Slack channel can reply to email threads. All replies come from your team's email address. You can also restrict who can reply in the settings.

What happens if I go over my thread limit?

We'll send you a warning when you're approaching your limit. If you go over, new emails will still come through, but replies won't send until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.

Do you store my emails or passwords?

No passwords - we never have access to your email credentials. We only receive emails you forward to us. We store thread mapping data (which Slack thread connects to which email thread) so replies go to the right place. Message content flows through and isn't permanently stored.
